  • Payment Plans: We offer payment plans for your convenience for extensive treatments. Please discuss this with Dr. Andrew Tran, Dr. Zuleika Javed, or our front office staff before treatment.

Billing and Payment Policy

  • Full payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • For patients with dental insurance, estimated copayments and deductibles are due at the time of service.
  • We provide a cost estimate for your dental treatment after your consultation. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual charges may vary.
  • Our dental membership savings plans are available; however, arrangements for this must be made before the delivery of services.

Additional Information

  • We are committed to providing the best treatment for our patients and charge what is usual and customary for our area.
  • For ​​any services not covered by insurance, payment is expected at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • Insurance companies typically respond to claims within 15 to 60 days. After your insurance has processed your claim, we will issue a monthly statement to you for any remaining balances.
  • Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees our office charges, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Financial Responsibility

  • The patient is ultimately responsible for all charges incurred, and it is their responsibility to understand their insurance benefits. However, our front desk staff can assist you in understanding your coverage and will help file your insurance claims to maximize your benefits.
  • In the case of minors, the parent or guardian accompanying the minor is responsible for payment.
